Welcome to NextSpin. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and NextSpin ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the NextSpin website located at nextspin.cam and all associated services, including casino games, sports betting, live dealer tables, poker, lottery products, promotions and any other features made available through the Platform.

NextSpin is operated under international online gaming licensing. The Platform is designed to serve users in Malaysia and provides services in English with Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) as the account currency. By accessing NextSpin in any capacity — whether as a registered player or a visitor — you confirm your agreement to these Terms in their entirety.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Account" means the individual registered account held by a User on the NextSpin platform.
• "Balance" means the total MYR funds held in a User's Account, including real-money funds and bonus funds where applicable.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bet allocations or deposit match amounts credited to an Account under a specific promotional offer.
• "Real Money Funds" means funds deposited directly by the User via approved payment methods, excluding Bonus Funds.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times Bonus Funds must be staked before they become eligible for withdrawal, as specified in the relevant promotion's individual terms.
• "Eligible User" means a person who meets all criteria in Section 3 (Account Eligibility) of these Terms.
• "Services" means all products, games, betting markets, features, tools and content made available through the NextSpin Platform.
• "Payment Methods" means the approved deposit and withdrawal channels available on NextSpin, including Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank and Hong Leong bank transfer.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country or territory where the use of the NextSpin platform is prohibited under applicable local law.

To register and maintain an Account on NextSpin, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

1. You are aged 21 years or older at the time of registration and at all times thereafter while using the Platform.
2. You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, representative or proxy for any third party.
3. You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction.
4. You do not hold an existing Account on NextSpin under your name, identity or payment details.
5. You are not a current or former employee, contractor, affiliate partner, or immediate family member of a person employed by or contracted to NextSpin or its technology providers.
6. You acknowledge personal responsibility for verifying whether participation in online gambling activities is lawful in your jurisdiction before registering.

We reserve the right to request documentary evidence of age and identity at any point. Where satisfactory documentation is not provided within a reasonable timeframe, Account access may be suspended and pending withdrawals held pending verification.

Each Eligible User may register one Account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete and current personal information. You agree to update your registered information promptly if any details change.

NextSpin accepts deposits exclusively through the following approved Malaysian Payment Methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, and direct bank transfer via Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank and Hong Leong. All transactions are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).

By depositing funds into your Account, you confirm that the payment method used is legitimately yours and that funds originate from lawful sources. Deposits made using payment methods belonging to third parties are prohibited and may trigger an immediate account review.

Withdrawals of Real Money Funds are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, to the extent technically possible. This is a standard anti-money laundering control and cannot be overridden.

NextSpin offers a range of promotional bonuses to eligible registered players. All bonuses are subject to these general Terms as well as individual promotional terms published at the time each offer is made. In the event of a conflict, the individual promotional terms take precedence.

NextSpin offers sports betting markets including football (Liga Super Malaysia, English Premier League, UEFA Champions League, La Liga), combat sports (UFC), and other events as published on the Platform. The following general rules apply to all betting activity:

• All bets are final once confirmed. Bets cannot be cancelled or amended after acceptance.
• Odds displayed are correct at the time of display but may change before a bet is confirmed in the case of live markets.
• NextSpin reserves the right to void any bet placed on markets where a palpable pricing error has occurred.
• In-play betting odds are updated in real time. NextSpin is not liable for bets placed on stale odds where a network delay has occurred on the player's side.
• Casino game results are determined by certified Random Number Generators (RNG). Game outcomes cannot be influenced by the Platform or by the player beyond normal gameplay.
• Maximum winnings per bet or per game session may apply as published in the game or market rules.

Users are strictly prohibited from engaging in any of the following activities on or in connection with NextSpin:

• Providing false, misleading or fraudulent registration information.
• Accessing or attempting to access another user's Account without authorisation.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any form of artificial intelligence to interact with the Platform, place bets or exploit games.
• Engaging in matched betting, arbitrage betting, overlay exploitation or any strategy designed to generate risk-free profit from promotional offers in a manner not consistent with genuine recreational play.
• Colluding with other players in poker or any other multiplayer game format.
• Engaging in money laundering, terrorist financing or any other financial crime through use of the Platform.
• Attempting to manipulate, reverse-engineer or exploit any game, software, interface or security feature of the Platform.
• Using the Platform for any purpose other than personal recreational gambling.

All content on the NextSpin Platform — including but not limited to the NextSpin brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, graphics, text, promotional material, software and data compilations — is the exclusive intellectual property of NextSpin or is used under licence from third-party providers. All rights are reserved.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal recreational purposes. This licence does not permit reproduction, distribution, modification, republication or commercial use of any Platform content without prior written consent from NextSpin.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, NextSpin's total liability to any User in connection with these Terms or the use of the Platform shall not exceed the value of the Real Money Funds held in that User's Account at the time the relevant claim arises.

NextSpin shall not be liable for any:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill.
• Indirect, consequential, special or punitive damages of any nature.
• Technical failures, service interruptions or downtime caused by third-party infrastructure providers.
• Losses arising from a User's failure to comply with these Terms, including eligibility conditions.
• Losses resulting from a User's decision to participate in gambling activities that may be restricted under their local law.

Nothing in this section limits NextSpin's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any liability which cannot be excluded by law.

NextSpin may suspend or terminate any Account, with or without prior notice, where it reasonably believes that:

• The User has violated any provision of these Terms.
• The Account was registered using false or fraudulent information.
• The Account poses a financial, legal or reputational risk to the Platform.
• Suspicious or fraudulent activity has been detected in connection with the Account.
• The User has requested self-exclusion under NextSpin's Responsible Gambling programme.

Upon termination for cause, NextSpin reserves the right to forfeit Bonus Funds and associated winnings. Real Money Funds will be returned to the User following the completion of any outstanding review or KYC verification process, minus any amounts attributable to identified fraud or policy violations.

A User may close their Account voluntarily at any time by contacting our support team. Voluntary closure does not affect any outstanding wagering requirements on Bonus Funds at the time of closure.

NextSpin takes its duty of care toward players seriously. We are committed to providing tools and resources that support responsible gambling practices. The following tools are available to all registered users at no charge:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly deposit caps on your Account.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive alerts after a specified period of continuous play.
• Self-Exclusion: Request a temporary or permanent exclusion from the Platform at any time by contacting our support team.
• Reality Check: Periodic prompts during play reminding you of the time elapsed and the net result of your session.

Any disputes not resolved through our internal complaints process may be referred to the applicable regulatory body or arbitration mechanism as specified by the applicable licensing framework.

NextSpin makes no representations that the Services are appropriate or available for use in any particular jurisdiction beyond its intended service territory. Users accessing the Platform from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited do so at their own risk and are solely responsible for compliance with applicable local laws.

NextSpin reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, NextSpin will provide reasonable notice via a platform notification or by email to the address registered on your Account.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 12.

The date at the top of this page indicates when these Terms were most recently updated. We recommend reviewing these Terms periodically to remain informed of your rights and obligations.
